Bob served as Chairman of Global Monte Jade Association, considered one of the most influential Chinese hi-tech executive associations worldwide.

He founded the Global Leadership Organization, an 501c3 nonprofit organization, Taiwanese American Professionals, was National Chairman and President of Taiwanese American Citizens League.
